Product Description:
A red wooden jewellery box with a pewter embossed image inset into the lid.Could be used as a trinket box sewing box jewelry box keepsake box
The box measures APROX. - 20 cm x 20 cm ( 7.8" x 7.8") by 7.2 cm high (2.8”)
Inner dimensions: 17,2 cm x 17,2 cm ( 6.7” x 6.7”) by 3.3cm high (1.3”)
I embossed the pewter image by hand using only hand tools. Once I achieved the detail I wanted, I filled the raised areas to prevent denting. Finally I aged and hand polished the design to achieve the rich antique silver look.
