Product Description:

Beautiful, one-of-a-kind, silk handbag. The front is hand-painted silk in a colourful abstract design. The back and handle are in a toning pink silk dupion. The bag measures approx 6 x 8 inches (16cm x 20cm) with a 14 inch (36cm) handle. The bag has several layers of interfacing and interlining to provide structure, is lined with gold satin and fastens with an ornate button and fabric loop.

The silk is painted using high quality French silk dyes which are steam-fixed for intense colours and a soft, silky feel to the fabric. I have tried to reproduce the colours in the photos as accurately as possible but there will inevitably be some variation. Actual colours are usually brighter and more intense than the photos suggest.

Bags are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and boxed for shipping.
