Selma the Sheep a wool needle felt animal woolly animal by fibrous

Shared by fibrous in the General Crafts

Product Description:

Baaaa.

I've made Selma out of merino wool (one of the softest sheep breeds) and her curly locks are made of naturally curly yellow and white Wensleydale wool.

She is made using a technique called needle felting, where I shape soft fluffy wool into a solid form with little barbed needles. No wire is involved.

She measures 2 inches (5.5 cm) tall.

You don't have to worry about feeding her, a "hello" and a smile once a day will keep her happy and healthy.
