Product Description:

A small hand felted piece of sea inspired art.

This piece of art was wet felted in one piece using soft merino wool. I have incorporated lots of silk tops, wool nepps and silk throwsters waste and curly locks for interest and texture.

I then hand embroidered some loose French knots over the top to emphasise the foam of the sea wave.

Three naturally weathered broken shells collected by myself have been hand sewn to the piece.

Comes hand stitched onto a pale cream textured mount board ready for you to slot into a standard sized frame of 10 x 8".
