I knitted them from a yarn that is 50% wool for warmth, 20% alpaca for softness and 30% acrylic for durability These soft, light leg warmers are perfect for those of you battling with snowy conditions - but they are also good for exercise wear and make quite a trendy fashion statement. I have designed them slightly more stretchy at one end so that they can be pulled over boot tops to eliminate that cold bit. The legwarmers were knitted in the round, so no annoying seams.
