A collage made with scrapbook papers is decoupaged onto a chipboard (thick pressed cardboard) plaque.
The plaque is ready to hang, with a narrow ribbon hanger as shown in the pictures. If you prefer to frame it yourself, just snip off the hanger with scissors and it is ready to frame.
The front of the collage has been sprayed with a clear acrylic sealer.
