Product Description:

This round handmade polymer clay pendant measures 1.5inches/5cms.
It hangs from an 18inch copper brown rubber cord necklace which fastens with a copper hook and loop clasp.

The pattern on the clay is made using a technique called Mokume Gane. This is done by first layering thin sheets of clay in several colours. A texture is impressed into the clay and then the raised areas are shaved carefully away, revealing the pattern in the deeper layers of clay. I have left a little of the texture on the surface of the clay.
The back of the pendant has been made using the leftover clay.
