Product Description:

Original drawing, in watercolour and pen on artist quality heavy-weight paper.

I love the contrast between the watery nature of watercolour paint and the graphic quality of pen. This is one of my favourite ways of working, picking out the details of the flowers using pen.

The bright colours have a summery feel and make the piece seem bright and happy!

This is a snap shot of the piece, in the actual piece there are 4 flowers.

I used the bright colours in watercolour to make the 'explosion' type shape, though applying the watercolour and moving it around on the paper.
