Product Description:
This unusual pair of ear dangles are made from an old broken skateboard deck. Skateboards are made from a 7 ply Canadian maple with a coloured outer layer. The earrings feature varnished black layer with orange and white spots and stripes. They have the original scratches from being thrashed.The outer edges have been hand sanded and sealed with natural beeswax, which brings out the colour but offers a more natural finish than varnish.
The skateboard disks are just over 1cm in diameter and are supplied on silver plated ear wires with a 3cm length of figaro chain making the earrings 6.5cms in total length.
