Product Description:

This bag has been made by layering turquoise organza material over blue polyester for a shimmering, feminine look. The bag is lined with a navy material, and the handles pleated and bound with ribbons.

To give this bag a little extra pizzazz, we rescued an old belt bag buckle that we thought was too pretty to throw away.
