Cheery cup cosy to keep your drinks hot when you are sitting in the garden or for when you put your cup down and walk away and forget it!I have designed and crocheted this in bright acrylic yarn in rainbow colours so that it can be easily washed by hand or machine at 30 degrees C or 86 degrees F. Just reshape it if necessary while it is still damp. I have stitched on an unusual purple bead to fasten it.
This will fit a standard mug shape. Being crochet there's a certain amount of 'give' in it. It is 3.5 inches high ( not too close to the rim of the mug as you don't want to dribble tea or coffee onto it!) and about 9.5 inches around.
This would make a nice gift for a work friend or why not treat yourself?
