Product Description:

A hand felted patchwork inspired purse bag with butterfly and bird.

This lovely purse, with two carry handles, was made using the wet felt resist technique. It has three base layers of wool top in cream, brown and orange. The final decorative layer was composed of different squares of colour, which were either handmade prefelts embroidered with tapestry wools or lightly felted needle felt squares.

Lined with a bright red fabric, which has a small pocket, this purse closes with a magnetic popper.

It measures approximately:

36cm across at its widest point
36cm deep

Its handles are 46cms
