A strip of genuine Japanese washi tape in a black & white polka dot design has been matted & layered onto silver tone card and then onto dark blue Bazzill card.
The Sentiment Star has been attached to this strip using a silver toned Star shaped metal brad, with black & white ribbon trim to give the impression of a shooting star.
A trio of silver toned Card Candy provides the finishing touch.
