The icing is accented with rhinestones, cabochons,and Jack Skellington!It is made in a real mini cupcake liner that measures 1 inch in diameter.The black aluminum chain measures 24 inches but can be made shorter according to your specifications. It closes with a lobster clasp. The cupcake itself is about 2 inches tall. This is super cute and no two are exactly alike
