Product Description:
Upcycled - this striking denim blue patchwork tote bag has been made from completely recycled fabrics, combining an old pair of jeans with a Liberty Tana Lawn cotton blouse.The front of the bag has lovely blue Liberty Tana Lawn squares which are backed with dark denim patches cut from the jeans leg and sewn with the seams on the outside to create a distressed fringed look. The back panel of the bag was cut from one of the legs of the jeans opened out, with a top border featuring the Liberty print fabric.
The bag is fully lined in a toning blue/green cotton from an old shirt and I've added a couple of old wooden buttons from my Grandmother's button box.
