This brilliant heart shaped brooch has been cut from sky blue felt and very carefully decorated with strips of burgundy ribbon, white embroidery thread and thin cord and gingham ribbon to resemble the fabulous Union Flag. A very detailed tibetan silver crown takes centre stage.
