Product Description:

This is an entirely handsewn applique picture featuring one of my favourite subjects of three stylized flowers.

The fabrics used include recycled/reused pieces, some of which have been over-dyed by me.

The picture is built up with layers of needle-turned fabric, embellished with yarn and beads and visible, decorative stitches. The picture is backed with wadding and a third layer of fabric. The picture is then steamed to give a crinkly appearance to add texture to the sky area.
