These adorable, little palm tarts are colored a bright yellow and blue and sparkle beautifully!They are highly scented with Sun & Sea and have a lovely fresh scent!
(This scent is a lovely floral blend of roses and violets with a touch of light green notes, with some fruity notes of peach, citrus and strawberry.)
