Product Description:
The red grocery bag holder is approx. 16" long, 16" around and has 1/2" elastic on top and bottom to hold your plastic bags in place.The 1" wide double-sided white ribbon on each has a 4" drop and is securely sewn in place. The seam down the side is an enclosed French seam, so there wont' be any loose threads to pull on when you take out a bag.
