This stunning one of a kind fascinator is made using a beautiful art deco black beading and sequin large trim, with scolloped edge. The trim is decorated with ruby bead drops, with eyelash lace behind and three hand curled peacock feathers. This is attached to a black stretch sequin headband. It is very comfortable and easy to wear and will all stay in place. One size fits all.
