Product Description:
I am slightly captivated by the whole steampunk revolution (and my husband is a big fan, and owner of top & bowler hats!)I decided to create a design using cogs, which are integral in steampunk!, and a heart, which I love to design with..
This piece is handmade from scratch - I melted & rolled the silver into plate (approx. 1.4mm thick), and then pierced out the design, which I had completed on the computer..
To finish, I blackened the whole piece, then polished it, so only the inner cutout areas remained black..
I think it's quite an eye-catching & fun piece! :)
