This is a lovely leaf-shaped bag charm/keyring made from polymer clay.
The main colour is a dusky pink/purple, with flecks of copper and a tiny bit of blue. It looks a little duskier than in the pictures and the copper more muted.
I have used a technique called Mokume Gane to produce the intricate patterns. There are also veins indented in the leaf.
As well as polymer clay, I have used copper metal leaf and purple alcohol ink to produce the colours and patterns.
The leaf measures approximately 1.5â€/4cm at its widest point and 2.5â€/6.3cm in length.
I have handsanded after baking to produce a beautifully smooth finish.
There is a silver plated screw-type keychain which is attached to the leaf with a very strong ring.
