The necklaces come with stainless steel ball chain if you need a smaller size than listed please let us know

The metal is brushed after stamping because it will not show up scratches but if you want it left shiny let us know.

Stainless steel will not rust or tarnish.

If you would like to personalize the puzzle pieces with initials, names, BFF, ect we can do that also but if it is several words send us a custom listing so we can let you know if it will fit.

The puzzle pieces are made as ordered and each letter is stamped by hand we try the best to make sure that all letters are straight but sometimes may not always be this is not an error but gives the pieces character.
