London Calling!! I have covered a 4" domed fascinator base with black satin, overlayed with fine mesh, which I have pleated and machined over for effect.I've decorated with pearly buttons and beads, all securely hand stitched. There's a rhinestone crown brooch, sitting upon a grosgrain bow and a mini veil!!
Hat fastens with a thin hat elastic.
