Product Description:
This original landscape is made from felt using the wet felting method. The flowers are 'Devil's Bit Scabious' which I found a carpet of whilst walking this week. The grasses are made from yarns which have been felted in to the merino fibres. Some of the yarns are hand spun by me and dyed with natural plant materials such as nettle and litchen. The fluffy white clouds are highlighted with silken fibres which shimmer in the light.Wer felted fabric does not need to be framed and this picture comes already stretched on to an artists canvas and ready to hang.
