This work has been some time in the making, or should I say thinking. For a long time I have been fascinated by the inside of pumpkins and melons. All those little fibers that hold on to those little seeds are just amazing. This is an abstraction of just that.
The name 'In a Fable' comes from a play on the word 'ineffable', meaning not able to be expressed in words.
This work is not framed but the sides of the canvas are worked so it is not necessary.
With this work you'll get a Certificate of Authenticity as well as a signed Artist's Statement.
