Product Description:

This Handmade helix ring is made to be worn in a helix piercing on the upper ear or outer ear. It is handcrafted from 20 gauge sterling silver wire and glass crystals.

Let me know if you would rather have 18 gauge and I can make you a special listing for it. It will be a little more expensive though, as the wire is more costly and it is harder to work with. :)
