It measures almost 20 inches long, not including the hang loop for hanging. It is 5 1/2 inches across laying flat. It has a white twill tag at the top so you can hang it from a hook, top and bottom have elastic so that you can easily fit your hand in to grab a bag or put one in.

For care: machine wash in cold water, tumble dry low or line dry.
