Product Description:
A pretty and atmospheric sunset scene decorates this embroidered felt brooch.A selection of hand-dyed fibres have been felted to a background of eco felt (produced from recycled plastic bottles) using an embellisher machine. The outline of a tree has been created by 'teasing out' a length of mohair-type, black yarn and felting it into place. The design is enhanced, and stabilised, by hand stitching in fine cottons.
The brooch is edged in blanket stitch in shades to match the design. The back of the brooch is neatened by a second layer of eco felt and a brooch pin is securely stitched in place
