Product Description:

A contemporary piece of Textiles artwork, created entirely from threads and fibres.

The circle is created by free-machine embroidery onto vanishing muslin, a fabric that dissolves hence only the stitching remains. Shades of green and grey have been randomly combined. These are topped with handmade felt (using the wet-felting method) in green tones, with further free-machine embroidery in a silver metallic thread. To finish the circle is hand embroidered with French knots in ochre and gold, then embellished with a sprinkling of grey, silver and pearl seed beads.
