Product Description:
I spent my childhood in middle of the road Virginia. Every few years or so, we would get a winter with a heavy snowfall; Snowpocalypse. We, my sister and I, would call them ‘snowdawn events’.I remember that the snow would start falling at dusk and we would play outside in the blizzard till our toes and fingers went numb. After, we would go inside and warm up by the space heater. When no one was looking we would put it by the bay window. See, we knew if the bay window was warm, then the unfortunate snowflakes, the ones that hit the window, would melt. An important part of our plan, because after the house went quiet for the night and the space heater was turned off, the snowmelt on the windows would freeze. A fact we were counting on.
We would would reconvene at the bay window a few moments before dawn. When dawn finally broke, those morning rays of sun would shine through the frozen winter windows, a kaleidoscope of colors.
