Product Description:

This abstract rose was crated using felt, silk and distressed netting for the back ground. I then added a needle felted a yellow rosebud and placed it on to the back ground. The whole picture was wet felted and when dry I added wrapped cord for the stem and embroidery to define the petals.
The resulting picture is rich in texture and colour. Please see my etsy shop for more information and more pictures of my work.
