This pretty little box is made of hawthorn sourced from the local hedgerows and stands 4 1/2" tall. The lid and foot are in ebonised hazel. It is a ovely little thing thatis both decorative and practical either on a dressing table for those little trinkets or on a sideboard or shel;f as a display item. Finished in natural beeswax it is easi=y to maintain the shine on it.Site:
