It stays close enough to the skin to create warmth and comfort but isn't stifling.This neck warmer was hand-knit in a beautiful warm yellow using a chunky wool blend yarn that will keep you nice and warm, but won't itch at all. The lace-up strand was also knit in a beautiful complimentary deep blue.
