Sock yarn hand painted wool, silver grey, turquoise, blue, crimson red 100g The base yarn for this is 75% wool and 25% acrylic sock yarn weight. I hand painted this one in several toning shades on a base of silver grey - turquoise and mid blue first, then a touch of darker grey and crimson red. The last picture shows the same skein before rewinding.
