Luxury handspun yarn, Blue Faced Leicester, silk, kingfisher blue, turquoise, teal A skein of luxury handspun. First I spun an undyed single of ivory rare breed BFL, next I spun a fine thread of bombyx silk in kingfisher and royal blue - then I plied them together. The resulting skein is soft and the high quality bombyx silk has a subtle gleam. This skein would make a beautiful, unique hat - or it would be perfect to use as an accent yarn in a larger project. This skein is spun slightly thick and thin. It contains 96yards/64 grams.
