Product Description:
This "stuffed" owl is actually a pillow cover made to be "filled" with a standard 18 inch pillow form.He is made entirely of upcycled wool felt and organic cotton sateen in a rich Chocolate Brown from Harmony Art.
His wool feet are are lightly stuffed with kapok for a bit of 3D effect. The pads of his feet are made of the Chocolate cotton. His feet really are adorable!
His Eyes are made from felted sweaters in bright yellow and a very pretty patterned blue. His beak used to be a reddish orange sweater.
His back has an envelope closure for adding and removing the pillow insert.
Fits any 18" x 18" pillow insert (insert not included). Note that the pillow form gets squished to fit the shape of the bird - so a solid foam insert would not work. Polyfil, cotton, and my favorite, kapok, will all work great. A nice soft insert works best.
