Hand knitted heirloom baby shawl.This hand knitted baby shawl or blanket is bound to become a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation. My Mum still owns the shawl she knitted for me and my brothers over 40 years ago!
Knitted in a soft baby yarn by Sirdar, it is a multi coloured yarn giving a soft rainbow effect in blue, cream, peach and pink. Very subtle and suitable for boy or girl. It has an all over diamond eyelet pattern and has taken many, many hours to make but I have enjoyed every moment.
Measures approx 53 inches/134.5cms x 49.5 inches/125.5cms so is big enough to wrap baby in and would be perfect for bringing baby home.
