I'd like to introduce my Ruby birthstone inspired suncatcher. Ruby, traditionally the birthstone for July is said to be associated with integrity, courage, devotion and happiness. This rich red stone is also believed to enhance energy, generosity, brings prosperity and success.

Suitable as a birthday gift for a friend or loved one and reasonably priced, this would also make a fantastic pocket money gift from a child to a parent or relative.

Individually handcrafted using traditional methods each piece of glass is hand cut and wrapped in copper foil. Each of the silver coloured mounts is also handcrafted, mounted on the glass and the pieces joined with a beaded wired. A 15cm hanging chain with a hanging ring completes the piece which means you can display it as soon as you recieve it.
