Product Description:
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.It is a butterfly made from golden topaz coloured glass, iridescent gently textured, topaz being the UK birthstone colour for November. The other sections of the butterfly are clear, iridescent textured glass to give it movement and interest.
I've made the little topaz coloured head in my hotpot kiln and added tiny dichroic chips for eyes.
I'm really pleased with this new 2014 design of butterfly and also with the idea of making one for each month / birthstone.
This will make a wonderful present for yourself or for someone you love.
