Product Description:

This one is a functional cozy to keep your teapot (and therefore your tea) warm longer - great for taking outside.

I handknitted it mostly in stocking stitch from Sirdar Peru (50% wool, 10% alpaca, 40% acrylic mix) This is a chunky yarn in random variegated shades of purple. I added a few discreet bobbles to represent a blackberry - each little bobble is topped with a small, shiny grey or silver glass bead for a seed. The lower edge has a half inch roll-up ribbed brim.

Tea cosy measures 7.5 inches by 7.5 inches when flat - and it is stretchy. My pictures show it on two different sizes of pot.
