'Aurora' Hand-Painted Silk Bag - Folksy

Product Description:

Beautiful, unique hand-painted silk bag in a colourful abstract design of blue, pink, mauve, yellow and green, with a deep magenta silk dupion back and handle. The bag measures 6.25 x 7.75 inches (16cm x 20cm and the handle is 14 inches (36cm) long. The bag is lightly padded and interfaced, lined with pale gold satin and fastened with an ornate button and fabric loop.

The silk is painted using high quality French silk dyes which are steam-fixed for intense colours and a soft, silky feel to the fabric. I have tried to reproduce the colours in the photos as accurately as possible but there will inevitably be some variation. Actual colours are usually brighter and more intense than they appear in the photos.
