Product Description:
This abstract, knarled tree was created from merino fibres. Firstly the fibres were needle felted in place and then wet felted for strength. The picture was inspired by an old tree on the boundary of our land and as I sat in the long grass to sketch it a vole ran up my back! The finished felt was stretched on to an artists canvas and is ready to hang. The picture continues around the sides of the canvas and there is no need to frame it.size 12x12 inches
