Product Description:

The fabric I have used for this journal is a collection of 100% cotton from Lu Summers “Summersville” in London bus red. There is also fabric from designer Lecien – the red background with tiny white dot. I have interfaced the fabric and also included batting before lightly quilting the fabric.
I hand stitched the seven signatures together using red hemp twine and included two strands of red satin ribbon which I have tied into bows at the spine. The spine has been left exposed because I think it is a nice feature to this handmade journal.
