Product Description:

This is my 'Making News' Folksy Competition Entry.

I was inspired (well outraged really) to knit this beautifully pink breast by the news that Facebook were deleting pictures of women breastfeeding their children from their profile pages because they deemed the images 'pornographic' and 'indecent'.

As a breastfeeding mother this really shocked and angered me.

I knitted this breast and photographed it with the help of a fellow lactating woman to show the world that the power to improve and safeguard the healthy future of our children lies in our hands (well, in our t-shirts anyway) and it isn't something we should hide!!
