Product Description:

This is a perfect bowl for preparing vegtables in the microwave. Place fresh or frozen vegtables in the bowl. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cover with wax paper and heat in the microwave. Usually 2-4 minutes, dpending on the amount of vegtables. Be careful because the bowl will be hot from the steam generated during cooking. Remove from microwave using potholders/hot pads; remove wax paper and serve.
