Loteria card Scorpion image is embedded with hand-mixed/hand-poured resin in a metal frame. It is adorned with black acrylic rhinestones and surrounded by a row of delicate white scalloped lace and a row of brown lace. It is placed on a vintage plastic lucite tortoise shell cuff.
