Product Description:

This suncatcher is handmade and constructed from stained glass using the "Tiffany" method, which involves carefully cutting each piece of glass to shape, wrapping in copper foil and then soldering the pieces together.

To make this piece I have used a selection of quality textured transluscent and opaque glass in shades of aqua, irridised blue, brown, red and yellow. To hang the ornament I have attached a length of nickel plated chain, this can easily be removed if you prefer to display the piece in a different way. The rooster measures approximately 170mm long x 180mm wide.

This rooster looks extremely handsome hanging in the light of a window, sending the colours across the room when the sunlight catches it.
