A romantic layered textile art wall decoration, all hand stitched.Taking a variety of cream fabrics, lace, vintage doilies, paper and handmade felt I have lovingly made this original collage on a romantic theme.
The main design element is the transferred photograph of a young girl from the early 1900's with a beautiful expression on her face.
She is surrounded with hearts made from frayed linen and cotton and torn soya paper.
An organza flower and a needlefelted wool heart which hangs freely adds to the 3D element.
