Product Description:

This eco hat is made in the shape of an old-fashioned pirate or 18th Century ladies' tricorn hat. This fascinator hat is handmade from scratch by myself using Eco-Fi 100% recycled felt (actually made from recycled plastic bottles!) and durable non-toxic adhesives.

This baby pink mini tricorn hat is hand trimmed with a ruffle of pale pink and grey satin ribbon. The hat is decorated with two matching dusty pink rosebuds on either side, and a cluster of pale grey ethical feather trim (the feathers are naturally shed by local park/woodland wild birds, collected and cleaned locally) on one side of the tricorn hat. The colour combination was inspired by a number of Georgian/Rococo era portraits (see final picture!), as this pale pink and grey arrangement seems to have been a popular combination at the time.
